If this moment ended it all, what would have the final say: fear or faith? When you look at the future, do you see the giants or the fruit? When fear is your lens, the negative gets overstated, comparison consumes you, and most stunting of all, you underestimate God's strength in your life.
So how do you stop broadcasting fear when it has taken ahold of your spirit? You change the channel, dig it out, and upgrade your lenses.
In Numbers 13, most of the 12 men saw Canaan as a land of unconquerable giants, except for two: Joshua and Caleb. They saw the fruit and sunk their teeth into that instead. You seize your moment when you sink your teeth into it.
Whatever you're going through, whatever happens, don't let go until God gets there. The devil can't take what's yours when God's vision gets the victory: the vision of faith!
